We just saw the new live action Beauty and The Beast movie in theaters. In my family’s opinion this is by far the best live action adaptation that Disney has done so far. It is one of those movies that you wish would just keep on going. We were already ready to see it again on our way home from watching the movie. Since seeing the movie we have had to rewatch scenes and listen to the music on youtube. My family is apparently caught up in the Beauty and The Beast craze and we just can’t get enough. If your family is like mine you are looking for ways to keep the magic going for your kids after the movie. There are several incredible Beauty and the Beast experiences at Disney World here are the Top 5!
–Beauty and The Beast – Live Stage Show At HollyWood Studios
This show is a 25 minute Broadway Style show featuring all your favorite characters from the movie including Belle, Gaston, Beast, Mrs. Potts and even Lumiere. This is your chance to sing along with all your favorite songs from the animated classics as you watch the scenes unfold on stage. The show is available multiple times throughout the day at Hollywood Studios. You won’t want to miss it!
–Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom
The Be Our Guest Scene in the new Live Action adaptation was one of my favorite scenes in the movie. With all the action in the classic scene I wasn’t sure exactly how well it would translate to a live action movie, but Disney did an excellent job of perfectly recreating the scene! Now you can be fully immersed in the scene yourself!
Dine inside one of many scenes directly from Beast’s Castle including the Grand Ballroom, the Castle Gallery and even the west wing where you will see a torn image of the prince and the forbidden rose. Dine on French American cuisine. You can even try The Grey Stuff which is delicious if you don’t believe me ask the dishes!
–Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
There will be many opportunities to meet Princess Belle throughout the park. The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique gives your little princess the opportunity to receive the royal treatment. Young ladies age 3-12 will even have the chance to be transformed with a Belle dress, special hairstyle, nail designs, and more. She will be all decked out in her princess gear and ready for that Kodak moment when she sees Belle in the park!
–Enchanted Tales With Belle
Meet and Greet opportunities with characters are great, but sometimes you want just a bit more. This is exactly what this experience offers. Your little ones will share special moments with Belle inside Belle’s favorite place, the Beast’s Castle Library. They will even have the opportunity to play a role in helping Belle tell the classic story. Lumiere and the Wardrobe will also be in attendance. Wrap up this experience with a family photo with Belle.
–Gastons Tavern at The Magic Kingdom
With all this princess talk you are probably wondering if Disney has anything up their sleeves for the guys. No worries Disney World has the men covered too. Head on over the Gaston’s Tavern at the Magic Kingdom to sip on LeFou’s Brew and meet the over the top brute Gaston himself. LeFou’s brew is an apple juice beverage infused with a hint of marshmallow. You can get it hot or cold so either way this beverage is quite refreshing. Gaston can usually be found just outside the tavern standing next to the fountain which features a statue of his resemblance. Gaston is quite clever in his humor, but look out he may challenge you to a push up contest.
